RENOBOOSTER
Modern housing renovation
The City of Vienna has set itself ambitious goals in its Smart City Framework Strategy. Vienna’s buildings sector can make an important contribution towards the achievement of these goals by significantly decreasing CO2 emissions through comprehensive (thermal-energy) refurbishment and renovation measures.
RenoBooster – the Smart Renovation Hub Vienna proposes a tailored and timely answer to this challenge. Based on already existing facilities, an attractive range of services for Vienna’s flat and building owners and property management companies was created under the aegis of the City of Vienna.
The central contact point HAUSKUNFT is an outcome of the EU-funded “RenoBooster” project, which aims to facilitate access to information on housing renovation and refurbishment and is continuously expanding its service range towards this purpose.
From the primary contact via the hotline and the first exploratory talk (“general orientation counselling”) either by phone or in person to the future-readiness check: HAUSKUNFT offers free-of-charge, independent services for all persons or companies interested in the issue of building or housing renovation in Vienna.

The EU project also laid the foundations for the establishment of a quality platform. This (German-language) website offers the possibility of finding, and networking with, suitable partners for project implementation (www.qualitätsplattform-sanierungspartner.wien).
