For this purpose, the City of Vienna operates a broad range of free-of-charge counselling and assistance services, from the transport and carrying service that helps mobility-impaired tenants e.g. when the lift is out of order to the free-of-charge service hotline or the mobile response team of Wiener Wohnen. All services described are available to all tenants of municipal housing estates around the clock, seven days a week. Seasoned staff members of Wiener Wohnen take time to listen to the requests, problems or suggestions of tenants and do their best to resolve all concerns as quickly as possible.
